Not All Wounds are Visible!

Ours is a people-centered approach that values dignity, resilience and the lived experience realities behind statistics. Every intervention we deliver is designed with intention, speaking directly to the hearts of the communities we serve and advancing our strategic pillars with authenticity.

Our work is centered on creating safe, judgement-free environments where people are reminded that even broken crayons can still color; therefore, those with a diagnosis or are facing emotional and mental struggles, still carry beauty, strength and purpose.

‘We are a youth-led initiative that uses innovative non-formal and experiential approaches to ADVOCATE for and create AWARENESS on Mental Health, providing holistic interventions that promote the physical, mental, and social wellbeing of young people and communities.

Healing Invisible Wounds is more than just a name. It’s a call to unmask the facades we wear, and embrace the courage to feel, speak up and ask for help. We believe conversations begin when shame ends, and in that space of honesty and vulnerability is when true healing and transformation begins.
